NFL Draft order 2020: the Dolphins slip behind Redskins; Giants push Bengals for the No. 1 pick

There will be no 0-16 team in the NFL this season. With their surprise victory over the Jets in week 13, the Bengals achieved their first victory of the year. However, combined with the Giants' loss to the Packers on Sunday, the Cincinnati victory jeopardized their chances of getting the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Of course, the Bengals will probably be helpless in each of their four remaining games this season, including their Week 16 showdown against the equally unfortunate Dolphins. Speaking of Miami, he randomly altered Philadelphia in week 13 and fell to No. 4 in the NFL Draft order due to the strength of the tie-break with Washington.

If the Dolphins plan to recruit a quarterback with their first round in 2020, they could be fine if they fall behind the Redskins in order. Washington also won Sunday, a dislike in Carolina, and the apparent improvement of Dwayne Haskins is a development that could keep the Redskins out of QB's search at the beginning of the draft.

Below is the updated order of the NFL Draft for 2020 until the Sunday afternoon games of Week 13.

In the last drill of the NFL of Sporting News for 2020, the Bengals really get Burrow with the general selection number 1.

"Offensive coach Zac Taylor needs a franchise passer with Ryan Finley quickly proving that it's not the answer behind Andy Dalton," writes SN's Vinnie Iyer. "Burrow has enjoyed a meteoric rise as the favorite of the Heisman Trophy and the attractive top QB prospect in this class."

The Giants in No. 2 generally land on the defensive end of the Ohio Young state to increase their passing speed.

If their place in the order was maintained, and if the Bengals selected Burrow, the Dolphins would probably choose the quarterbacks, from Justin Herbert of Oregon to Jalen Hurts of Oklahoma and Tua Tagovailoa of Alabama. Our last drill has them going with Tua.
