Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:), which rose 2.55% or 485 points to trade at 19520 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:) added 2.51% or 5.2 points to end at 212.4 and Rockwool International B (CSE:) was up 2.40% or 76 points to 3244 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which fell 1.62% or 8.1 points to trade at 491.4 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) declined 1.60% or 7.8 points to end at 479.3 and Genmab (CSE:) was down 1.18% or 34.0 points to 2859.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 60 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) rose to 5-year highs; gaining 2.55% or 485 to 19520.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.17% or 0.12 to $69.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.03% or 0.02 to hit $72.58 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1793.60 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.06% to 6.2886, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4356.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.15% at 92.513.
