SEC Player of the Week – Kylie Deberg, Missouri
SEC Offensive Player of the Week – Missouri’s Kylie Deberg, a senior outside hitter from Hudson, Iowa, averaged 5.25 points and 4.83 kills in the two wins over Georgia. Deberg recorded 14 kills while hitting .355 in the first match against the Bulldogs. She then tallied 15 kills as well as three total blocks in the second match Saturday.
SEC Defensive Player of the Week – LSU’s Raigen Cianciulli, a senior libero from Spring Texas, averaged 4.50 digs per set in the series split versus Arkansas. With 36 digs in the two matches, Cianciulli is now LSU’s all-time career digs leader with 1,602 digs in her collegiate career. She is the first Tiger in program history to reach 1,600 digs.
SEC Setter of the Week – LSU’s Karli Rose, a sophomore from Tomball, Texas, averaged 12.12 assists per set in the series split against Arkansas. In the second match, Rose registered season highs of 54 assists and 13 digs for her fourth double-double of the season.
SEC Freshman of the Week – Arkansas’ Taylor Head, an outside hitter from Winter Garden, Fla., averaged 3.25 points, 2.75 kills and 3.38 digs per set and posted a .263 hitting percentage in the series split at LSU. Head tallied 12 kills and 14 digs in the first match, followed by 10 kills and 13 digs in the second match for the 10th and 11th double-doubles of her rookie campaign.
