Missing Melbourne woman Ju Zhang police looking for man who may help investigation

Police in Melbourne are desperately searching for a man they believe will be able to provide information on the whereabouts of missing woman Ju Zhang.

Ms Zhang was last seen at her home on Winchester Avenue, Epping about 5.30pm on Monday, February 1.

The 33-year-old mother was wearing a pink pyjama top, shorts and no shoes. She had no personal belongings with her except for her mobile phone.

She was reported missing on Tuesday February 2.

Police are concerned for Ms Zhang’s welfare as her disappearance is extremely out of character.

Detectives would like to speak with Doncaster man, Joon Tan, who they believe will be able to help them in finding out what happened to Ms Zhang.

The 34-year-old is believed to be travelling in a black 2008 Mazda CX9 station wagon with registration WKE 850.

Police believe Mr Tan may have travelled interstate and if anyone sees him, they are urged to call Triple Zero immediately.

If anyone has any information on Ms Zhang’s whereabouts they should call CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000.
