Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry disguise themselves as Grinch and Cindy Lou Who



Wine without ribbons, wine without labels. It came without packages, boxes or bags—In contrast, the Christmas spirit came as Ayesha Curry and Stephen Curry disguised as The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who.

During Stephen's annual "Christmas with the Currys,quot; event at the Fox Theater in Oakland, California, on Saturday, December 21, the Golden State Warrior basketball player and his wife dressed as The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who to bring joy Christmas to Bay Youth area.

According to the Curry Foundation (@eatlearnplay) on Instagram, the powerful couple surprised more than 500 Oakland families with food, books, games and gifts.

The foundation wrote on the social platform: "More than 500 families. More than 2,000 Oakland residents. 2 very interesting characters. The seventh annual edition of #ChristmasWithTheCurrys did not disappoint! Oakland families provided gifts inspired by Eat, Learn and Play THANKS to all the partners that made possible today! #Eatlearnplay ".

And for the Curries, it wasn't just about showing and distributing gifts.

For them, it was about really getting into the character and making sure that these families in the Bay Area experienced Christmas and the festive spirit in all its splendor.

So what better way to do it than by channeling your internal Grinch and Cindy Lou Who?

From the look of Ayesha's Instagram stories, hair and makeup to become our favorite grumpy green character and the sweet Cindy Lou, which was no easy task.


The mother of three posted a series of Instagram Story videos as she guided us through the process of her and her husband preparing to dance and play with families in Oakland.

He also shared a couple of hilarious selfies with her boyfriend. In a photo, the 31-year-old basketball player is completely in his Grinch outfit and Ayesha captioned it: "Okay, I could get it."

In another selfie, she wrote: "During the glamor trying to steal kisses. Don't you know that a winged eyeliner requires precision?"

It seems that the two had a lot of fun in disguise and at the same time returned to their community.

"But in all seriousness! We are very grateful to all our @eatlearnplay partners! This day would not have been possible without you," he wrote in another Instagram story, along with a photo of her at the event.

This year, "Christmas with the Currys,quot; marks the seventh year in which the two organize this charity event.

"Another year in the books! We couldn't be happier to give back to the community during this holiday season. Thanks to @googlenest with your Google Assistant for being apart from this special day! #HeyGoogle," Ayesha wrote on Instagram , next to a photo of her and Stephen with a child while they distributed gifts.

"Christmas with the Currys! The Grinch, Cindy Lou Who and Max (aka Rez). Thank you to everyone on the team who helped bring the seventh version to life. More to come @eatlearnplay," Stephen wrote on his Instagram page, along with more photos of him and his beloved Cindy Lou Who.
