Fuller returned in week 15 after an absence of a week, catching five of seven goals for 61 yards. The Bucs allow the most fantasy points per game for the WRs, so this is an essential place for Fuller, who doesn't seem to be in danger of missing out on this game. If he is a surprise scratch, Kenny Stills and Keke Coutee would gain an increase in value, with Stills entering as WR2 / 3 and Coutee as a deep league FLEX.

Does Carlos Hyde play week 16?

MORE WEEK 16: Sleepers | Busts | Start, sit down
There seems to be no reason to worry about Hyde's adaptation, but he faces the best defense in the league. The volume and upward images of TD give it FLEX value, but you shouldn't have Hyde for much this week.
