The mother of two children also revealed that she didn't cut her hair for the first time until she was 14, and that she had never cut more than six inches at a time so far. Jill explained that it is usually fixed twice a year, and this time he decided to go much shorter because he was becoming unmanageable, and his two young songs were getting entangled in that.
"I was sitting on it and the weight was contributing to the headaches!" Jill revealed. "I started thinking about that and got excited thinking that if I took off a little more, I would have enough to donate to an organization." that makes free wigs for people who have lost their hair. "
Jill said he ended up cutting 14 inches, and added some layers. Once he finished, Jill couldn't get over how much lighter he felt, and he loves it.
When Jill published it after the photos, her husband Derick Dillard commented: "Lookin & # 39; good baby!" And, his older sister Jana wrote that he loved the new look, while Jessa called it "cute."
"You look much younger and lighter!" Wrote a fan.
In 2012, Jill's mother, Michelle, cut her hair shorter than normal, and her father Jim Bob said in the Today is the show which prefers Michelle's hair to be longer. Michelle admitted that she was going to grow back because she wants to please her husband, and it's all about what she likes.
Michelle also told her daughters: "Girls, I just have to tell you, I have no idea. Don't hurry to a hairdresser and cut half of your hair."
