YoungBoy of the NBA reaches a plea deal in an assault case involving his ex-girlfriend Jania, prosecutors drop the main charges

TSR Updatez: NBA YoungBoy received good news before Christmas. Most of the serious charges in his assault and kidnapping case that involved his ex-girlfriend Jania have been dropped after he made a pretty good deal.

YoungBoy pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor of family violence for assault, according to TMZ. In return, prosecutors dropped the charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault, according to the Ware County District Attorney's Office in Georgia.

YoungBoy will also avoid jail in this case. He was sentenced to 12 months probation and received a $ 1,500 fine. He must also attend anger management classes and not have violent contact with the victim, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of one of his children, Jania.

Now the outcome of this case has a lot to do with Jania who refuses to testify against YoungBoy.

This incident occurred in February 2018 when YoungBoy was accused of beating his girlfriend before dragging her into his room. The surveillance images captured the violent moment, but his girlfriend insisted they were just playing.

The grand jury issued an accusation of two charges in the case of aggravated assault and kidnapping.

At that time, Jania didn't want to file any charges. The Ware County district attorney says Jania refused to appear in court and told the D.A.'s office. that she would not testify if she was taken to court against her will.

"We solved the case as best we could without your cooperation," said District Attorney George Barhill.

It seems that the couple will not have problems to stay separated since they have not left at some time. More recently, NBA YoungBoy took some photos of Jania, claiming that she gave herpes in an unpublished song. You can read about it here.

We hope things get better for NBA YoungBoy while continuing to advance with his musical career. Stay here for the latest.
