During the first part of season 14 Royal Housewives of Orange County Special meeting, host Andy Cohen raised Vicki Gunvalson's lawsuit against Kelly Dodd. And, the OC OG finally explained why she took legal action against her co-star.

According to Page sixGunvalson filed a lawsuit in November against Dodd because he said some things about her during the filming of RHOC and she didn't want those comments to air.

There were three quotes that Gunvalson wanted to be edited: "you take advantage of the elderly, quot;, "you are a scammer, quot; and "you got involved in fraud, quot;. Dodd was apparently calling Gunvalson for a fraud claim that Joan Lile, a four-year-old 82, had filed a lawsuit against Gunvalson and his business, Coto Insurance & Financial Services.

As fans know, Gunvalson and Dodd have been fighting for months, so why would these three statements provoke a lawsuit?

Cohen said Gunvalson hardly attended the recording of the meeting because "someone named Jane Roe filed a lawsuit against Bravo and the production company that produces this program, Evolution, for some statements made in the program."

Cohen also revealed that the lawsuit was filed by "Jane Roe,quot; and that it turned out to be Gunvalson. He said that at the center of the dispute between Gunvalson and Dodd was the pre-existing lawsuit filed by Lile, and Cohen wanted to know what this was all about.

"Well, I can't talk about that because we are going to mediation on the 20th, but I will say that anyone who pursues my business, I am the CEO of a large corporation and I assure thousands and thousands of people, so anyone who insinuates that I am fraudulent , scammer or anything other than the truth, they will be sued, ”Gunvalson replied.

Lile sued Gunvalson and her insurance company for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, intentional imposition of emotional distress and breach of contract after she paid increasing premiums, but received no benefits when her husband died.

When Cohen said filing a lawsuit over the comments attracted more attention to Dodd's fraud charges, Gunvalson said he didn't care because no one would go after his business.

Gunvalson finally dropped his claim against Dodd, but Lile's fraud case continues.
