Kriti Sanon says he would love to be part of the new version of Satte Pe Satta

Kriti Sanon is in a wave of happiness with his recent Panipat release receiving rave reviews from both the audience and critics. The actress plays the role of Parvati Bai, wife of Sadashiv Rao in her historical drama. Kriti trained with a dialect coach and filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker to convey his dialogues convincingly in the film.

In a recent interview, Kriti talked about having had a great year professionally. "This year has been really good. It started well with Luka Chuppi and then Houseful 4 did very well. Now, Panipat is getting good reviews, so 2019 has been very special," he said.

Reportedly, Farah Khan is making a remake of the 1982 success Satte Pe Satta. Sources suggest that Kriti could play the role of Ranjeeta Kaur of the protagonist of Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. When Kriti was asked about the same thing, Luka Chuppi's actress said: "I would love to (be part of the movie) but there is nothing I know, to be very honest."

There were also rumors that Hrithik Roshan and Anushka Sharma are being cornered to rehearse the roles of Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini from the original movie. Well, if things work, it will be interesting to see Kriti in the new version of this cult movie after seeing her in an intense period drama like Panipat.
