Former Alice Child star, Philip McKeon, dies at age 55

Hollywood mourns the loss of a talented actor.

Former child star Philip McKeon He died on Tuesday morning in Texas after fighting a long-standing illness, family spokesman Jeff Ballard shared with People. He was 55 years old.

"We are more than disconsolate and devastated by Phil's death," the family said in a statement. "His wonderful sense of humor, kindness and loyalty will be remembered by all who crossed his path in life."
