Anurag Kashyap is a man who really needs no introduction. Through his films, he has almost created his own genre in Bollywood that can be understood as dark, sandy and much spunk. After treating the public with many memorable films, he partnered with other established names in the business such as Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee for a Netflix original titled Lust Stories. The project was an anthology in which each director presented an original story that revolved around the theme of lust.
Before the director arrived at the awards, we reached him and asked him if he suffered from nervousness before the show. Anurag replied: "My anxiety is only for the release of the movie. Once I'm done with that, I will free myself from those feelings. I have participated in more than 200 movies. I think I just like the process of making movies, maybe because of I disappear at the moment of the launch, I always find my ways to escape, but I am very happy for the nomination and all my team, I really hope we win, since it allows us to do much more, but I am very proud, proud because we (the Indian film fraternity) we are really doing great things and now we are receiving recognition.
