The sudden death of Juice WRLD has left the hip-hop community shocked. According to reports, the 21-year-old trap singer, Juice WRLD, died early in the morning, claims to have received multiple reports, and since then, a cascade of artists has come out to commemorate him.
Some of the most important names to shout at the fallen singer include Ellie Goulding, Travis Scott and Lil Yachty. Juice WRLD died after landing in Chicago earlier this morning. The cause of his death is currently unknown, but reports claim it was due to a seizure.
On her Instagram account, Lil Yachty commemorated Juice WRLD by saying: "Goodbye brother, I love you dawg … rip,quot;. Previously, Ellie Goulding also worked with the singer on the song "Hate Me,quot;, which was released in June this year.
The British artist said on her Twitter account that "she could not believe,quot; the news. Following the release of his single, "Lucid Dreams," which reached # 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2018, Juice WRLD was at the top of the heap of the new "emo rap,quot; style.
As rap fans know, Juice WRLD is just one of many who have died on the scene in the last two years, including Lil Peep, Mac Miller and XXXTentacion. Lil Peep died in 2017 in his truck on tour because of an overdose of fentanyl and Xanax. Lil Peep states that he struggled with depression and bipolar disorder frequently before he finally died.
Mac Miller also died from a mixture of cocaine, fentanyl and alcohol, and XXXTentaction was shot dead outside a motorcycle store in Florida. Juice WRLD's death marks another sad moment for hip-hop fans.
It is not entirely clear what killed Juice WRLD at this time, however, some social media users have already speculated that the drug against the opioid crisis, fentanyl, could also be the cause. Juice WRLD left only two studio albums during his short career, including Death Race for Love, and Good bye and have a good trip.
