The start of the fantasy playoffs in week 14 will likely see Dalvin Cook's return after last Monday's injury frightened its owners. However, that will mean that the value of Alexander Mattison's popular exemption decreases. Elsewhere in the RB ranking, Jordan Howard, Josh Jacobs, Matt Breida, Damien Williams and Marlon Mack are in different questionable states for week 14, while James Conner has already been ruled out. Looking ahead, Kerryon Johnson could return for the fantasy championship week. We have updates on all these players below.

Does Dalvin Cook play week 14?
Cook has said multiple times this week that he will play at week 14 after leaving at week 13 due to a chest / shoulder injury. However, he was included as a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a "chest, quot; injury, which technically kept him somewhat limited last week.
It's a bit strange that Cook says he's totally fine after his injury kept him out for most of the second half of a great game against Seattle, but it seems he should have at least almost all of his workload on Sunday against the brutal defense of the Lions. . His wives, Alexander Mattison, is at stake due to the confrontation if it seems that Cook could be limited at all.

Jordan Howard injury update
Howard has not been authorized to contact for his shoulder injury as of Thursday morning. The first Philadelphia practice injury report of the week will come out Thursday before a Monday night game against the Giants.
At this point, Howard's injury seems unknown enough that we cannot expect anything from him unless he returns to the practice field with authorization for contact. Until then, Miles Sanders is an RB2 play that goes to Monday night, and if you have Howard, you may want to find an alternative.

Is Marlon Mack playing week 14?
Mack had been aiming for a return of week 14 of his hand injury, and he returned to the driving range on Wednesday as a limited participant Mack hasn't played since week 11. Indianapolis travels to Tampa Bay to play against the Buccaneers on Sunday.
The Bucs have one of the strongest career defenses in the league, so Mack is probably no more than a decent FLEX game if he is active. Mack's return means the end of the courage and frustration of Jordan Wilkins and Jonathan Williams, while Nyheim Hines should maintain his usual receiving role.

Josh Jacobs injury update
If Jacobs is out, DeAndre Washington imagines seeing most of the carries, while Jalen Richard would also mix in both races and passes. It's hard to trust the standard leagues, although Washington is the favorite wife. Richard could easily have more value in PPR formats.
James Conner injury update
Conner (shoulder) has already been discarded for the game of week 14 against the Cardinals.
Benny Snell Jr. will once again dominate the carry, and Jaylen Samuel will have a moderate PPR value in this favorable confrontation.
Damien Williams, Darrel Williams injury updates
Then ESPN reported On Tuesday Damien (ribs) has "a chance to play, quot; in week 14, both Williams missed the practice on Wednesday. Darrel was placed in the injured reserve Thursday morning, ending his season, while Damien again missed practice on Thursday.
The Chiefs play in New England at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday, so this is not an ideal situation, regardless. Damien could be used in PPR formats and as FLEX in standard leagues if it is active, while its activation would make the rest of the KC players (LeSean McCoy, Darwin Thompson) feel this week.

Matt Breida injury update
Breida (ankle) was a full participant in practice Wednesday. He hasn't played since he was injured in week 10, but after limited practice last week and a full practice on Wednesday, he should be ready for Sunday in New Orleans.
Breida's return turns San Francisco into an even more confusing fantasy camp after Raheem Mostert mastered the touches on Tevin Coleman in Week 13. You can't trust any of the three as more than a FLEX (and even that is risky) against a solid defense of the Saints.
When can Kerryon Johnson return from IR?
Johnson (knee) he returned to the practice of the Lions on Wednesday. He is eligible to be activated from the Injury Reserve for Week 16.
The Lions face a decent Broncos defense in Week 16, so the fantasy leagues that play their championship that week would risk a lot with Johnson. A Week 17 showdown with the Packers is best formed for Johnson, who is a more dignified stash if his league goes through Week 17.
