Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth will face each other in court to finalize their divorce

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have not seen each other since their surprise broke up in August after only eight months of marriage. But, the former couple will have to face each other if they want to end their divorce, and that will happen next month.

According to Online radar, Cyrus and Hemsworth will meet at the Stanley Mosk courthouse in Los Angeles for a state conference on January 21, 2020. The expectation is that the former will separate the details of their separation at the hearing so they can finalize their divorce.

"Miley accepted that this is over and now agreed to move forward with the divorce process," a source revealed. "Surely it will be interesting. Both have calmed down now, and Liam just wants this chapter to be completely over so he can move on."

As fans know, Hemsworth filed for divorce on August 21, just a few days after he and Cyrus announced their separation. It only took Cyrus a few hours after the announcement to be caught kissing someone else, The hills Kaitlynn Carter star.

Cyrus and Carter dated for a few weeks, but managed to be captured by the cameras several times sharing a serious PDA, before Cyrus moved with Cody Simpson.

On the other hand, Hemsworth has kept a low profile. But he was caught holding hands in October with Australian actress Maddison Brown during a daytime walk in New York City. And, the cameras also caught the duo kissing later that night. Hemsworth hasn't said anything publicly about a fledgling romance with Brown, and she refuses to talk about a possible relationship.

When Australian Daily Telegraph recently asked Dynasty Actress if she was single, said she would not answer the question because she has a rule not to talk about her personal life.

"But again, I can understand it from an objective point of view why people are interested and, once again, not really in my everyday reality," Brown said. "I understand, it's human nature … everyone wants to gossip. It really doesn't bother me too much, I really don't pay attention to it."

An expert claims that Brown met Hemsworth through mutual friends a few weeks before they saw them together. Although the relationship is new, the source said they were "getting along, quot; and that they have a lot in common.

"Both are Australians, their love for the beach and the fact that they share careers has united them," the source explained. "They are a very nice couple."

While Liam Hemsworth is "definitely interested, quot; in Maddison Brown, fans shouldn't expect their relationship to move as fast as Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson's. And, probably, they will not publish photos and videos among them on social networks.
