Fantasy Football Rankings Week 14: Running

Week 14, the first week of the fantasy playoffs in many leagues, presents difficult clashes for key RB. The Saints receive the 49ers, which is bad news for Alvin Kamara (we'll talk more about him in a moment). Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys play in Chicago, which isn't as difficult as it used to be, but it's not great, especially after a Thanksgiving loss to the Bills. And who starts in RB for the Chiefs will have to play in New England. However, at the break-up time, it is very difficult to get away from their stallions, so Kamara and Elliott remain quite high in our RB ranking.

Kamara's workload has been curious since she returned from an ankle injury. In six games before injuring himself, Kamara averaged 14.3 carries per game. Since his return, he has averaged less than 10 runs per game in four competitions. Kamara has made up for it with eight goals in each of those four weeks, but it remains an additional concern when taking into account the hard confrontation and the decrease in rainfall, especially in non-PPR leagues.

Kyle Shanahan decided to include our RB ratings in all types of flow using Raheem Mostert for 20 carries and Tevin Coleman for only five in Week 13. Add the fact that Matt Breida (ankle) could be back in Week 14, and you It has a three-headed monster that is hard to predict for fantasy purposes.

Just when we thought we had finally solved the Tampa Bay backfield, Peyton Barber came out and ran for two touchdowns in Week 13. On the contrary, Bo Scarbrough ran 21 times in Thanksgiving and seems totally safe in his hurried role in a backfield. equally boring.

Before a beautiful calendar of fantasy playoffs, there could be a change in the Dolphins field. Kalen Ballage suffered a leg injury and was ruled out quite quickly during the rest of Week 13. That meant Patrick Laird, known more as a pass receiver than a runner, became the best runner in Miami. It will be usable in the PPR leagues, at least, if it retains the initial work of the Dolphins.

We will be attentive to the possible returns of RB from an injury throughout the week. That includes Marlon Mack (hand), Matt Breida (ankle), James Conner (shoudler), Jordan Howard (shoulder) and Damien Williams (ribs).

Reminder: As always, we expect to make many changes to these rankings during the week, so check for updates.
